Integration Proclamation: Sign It!

Jan 4: A group of progressive leaders have drafted a manifesto - the Integration Proclamation - aimed at taking online organizing to the next level. Like dotOrganize, they advocate integrating our current online tech tools into flexible, comprehensive toolsuites.

If you want to help usher in the next generation of progressive toolsuites, you should sign the petition yourself. You'll see Tate and Leda's signatures near the top.

Full disclosure: Though the Integration Proclamation is not a dotOrganize project - it was born organically out of the RootsCampDC gathering on Dec 2-3 - our co-director Tate has had a major hand in moving the Proclamation forward, because it is perfectly in line with our goals!

Web of Change

Sept 28: Follwing many almost sleepless nights while finishing our report, Leda headed to the annual Web of Change conference to show it off, and strategize with colleagues. Notes from our session are here.

Thanks to all the wonderful conference participants for creating such a fabulous environment to problem solve the hard stuff, generate new ideas, share skills, and get rest!

dotOrganize Kicks Off Phase II

Sept. 17: After a year of conducting research, analyzing valuable feedback, and crunching survey statistics, we've published Online Technology for Social Change: From Struggle to Strategy.

Now, we move into a design and implementation phase. In the upcoming year we hope to move forward with two projects inspired by our research.
